Scrum4Us is a hosted, invite-only planning tool. Your account and the work items you create are stored on infrastructure operated by the Scrum4Us maintainer in the Netherlands.

When AI agents execute work on your behalf (a later release), the content of the relevant work items and connected repositories is sent to third-party AI providers through a platform-operated gateway. EU users should be aware that this processing occurs outside the application. No such processing happens until you explicitly dispatch an agent job.

We keep usage and audit records to operate the service and account for cost. We do not sell personal data.
